Arbi may compare products or buying routes where there is enough signal to support a useful product comparison.
Clear product intent
Product comparisons should only appear when the user enters a clear product query or provides a suitable product link. Brand-only, food-only or low-signal searches should not be forced into Product Mode.
Possible alternatives
Where Arbi shows alternatives, they may be similar, comparable or potentially better-value options. Arbi should avoid claiming that alternatives are identical unless there is strong verification.
What may be compared
- Product price
- Delivery cost and delivery speed
- Returns and refund route
- Retailer trust and fulfilment route
- Verified voucher or promotion status
- Estimated total cost or net saving
Limitations
Product details, specifications, colours, sizes, stock and seller terms may change. Users should check the final retailer page before buying.
Arbi should use careful wording such as “possible alternative” where a product is not independently confirmed to be identical.
