How Arbi Works
Arbi helps route user searches into the most appropriate saving mode, instead of treating every input as a product search.
Main route types
- Product Mode: used when the user shows clear product intent.
- Brand Savings: used when the search is mainly a brand name or brand-led saving query.
- Code Search Mode: used when the user is clearly looking for a discount or voucher code.
- Food & Dining Mode: used when the search is clearly related to restaurants, food delivery or dining savings.
- No Clear Match: used when the input is random, repeated, too vague or too low-signal.
Why Arbi uses intent guards
Intent guards help avoid misleading results. For example, a random string or a single unclear word should not create fake product cards.
How recommendations are framed
Arbi may consider product price, delivery, returns, fulfilment route, voucher status, official store route and affiliate-safe routing. Recommendations should be treated as helpful indicators, not guarantees.
Arbi should favour honest routing over forced monetisation. If a better non-monetised route exists, future Arbi versions may show it clearly as a user-first saving route.
